[Acne] Cyst won't go away!

Hi guys! I've been struggling with this same cystic pimple for a while now, I think its been almost a year and a half. I've been to the dermatologist multiple times for it, but havent gone in a good while. (It gets expensive! It's especially disheartening seeing no real progress on the cyst/pimple and spending so much money on prescription topicals, antibiotics, appointments, etc.) It's not really that noticeable under the right light, but its been killing me!Some backstory:It was one of my first cystic pimples. I've struggled with cystic acne since then, but honestly none have been like this one. Others usually last for a couple of days where the swell and cause me significant pain, but eventually either die out on their own, or pop with a little bit of effort (no head) (i know, you're not supposed to pop them, but I've had no issues with this! It's often the only way they leave.) I've only had cystic acne on my nose, and it's definitely the most oily part of my face. It's definitely died down a bit, gotten flatter and less red, to a point where I can live my life without worrying about it too much, but it's very annoying seeing this on pictures and selfies and being too anxious to speak to someone close up.Treatment so far:I've gotten multiple cortisone injections on it, and it would never ever die down! My dermatologist even drained it once and a whole lot of pus came out but it's still here half a year later. I've tried antibiotics and a whole bunch of topicals like epiduo (sorry cant name the other one off the top of my head) to no avail :(The present:This thing has a mind of its own. Sometimes when I accidentally poke it too hard when washing my face or something, it grows and swells to a firmer consistency with a red color. Usually, it's semi-flat, and can blend into my skin color fairly well, but you can still see some redness. The thing is, it never ever hurts. It only hurt for a couple of days when it formed, but never ever hurt afterwards. I've been to two different dermatologists, fearing they were doing something wrong, and I figured I would give this subreddit a shot. Please help me! I just want to get this thing off of my nose!
