Beauty Tips For Body Care
It's really strange, because usually it's the opposite for people. It's something I've noticed for awhile now but I always thought it was a coincidence. During my period it seems that most of everything on my face flattens out, and after it ends I gradually start breaking out again. Rinse and repeat.This definitely tells me it's hormone related, and I think it's narrowed down the cause a whole bunch. (I don't think diet really affects it for me?)But my question is, why? What hormones are involved? Because whatever it is, it's clearing my skin. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this during every other day of the month.
