[Acne]Keep getting painful spots on my bum that scar with dark spots, how do I get rid of them?

Here's pictures, sorry gross.http://imgur.com/a/3mR2SI've had these for years and years, sometimes they're frequent and bad and then sometimes they just dissapear for months. This is probably the worse it has been. The last picture in the gallery is on my leg, it was a similar type of spot that no longer hurts, but has left a ring of dry skin and a bit purple patch under it. It doesn't hurt though :S
