[Hair Removal] Is there a way to get rid of my beard shadow as a girl with PCOS?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've seen a lot of posts about PCOS girls with acne, but not so many with facial hair issues?Anyway, I'm 21 years old and have PCOS, and for me this mostly shows up as having as much of a beard as most guys. And because my hair is pretty dark, I have a fairly obvious beard shadow as well. This is a real problem for me because it makes me extremely self-conscious when i go out around people. Normally it's not a huge issue because I tend to wear makeup anyway, but in cases where I don't have time or don't want to put any on, I have to go around with people staring at me and making rude comments all the time. It's really sucky. Is there any way of shaving that will help me get rid of the constant gray-blue on my chin? I know electrolysis and laser hair removal exist, but I'm still in college - I can't afford that sort of thing right now, but I'll be getting it as soon as I can. For now I'm just looking for temporary solutions - techniques or advice for when I shave or do skincare that will help deal with the problem for the first 12 hours after shaving so that if I want to run to the store I don't have to use half my foundation bottle (exaggeration, but that's what it feels like I'm doing >_>)
