[skin concern] Is this an allergic reaction? It's only on my chin.

I was really stupid on Sunday and didn't patch test a new foundation primer/sunscreen. Everything was fine on Sunday, but come Monday my chin was a little bit itchy. Didn't think too much of it and just was doing cold water compresses to get some relief. I woke up today to this https://imgur.com/a/6l4znIt's quite painful and itchy and obviously looks horrendous! Thankfully I don't have to leave the house today so I'm not going to cover it up with makeup.What is this? An allergic reaction? Is there anything I can or should do to get some relief? Also, I just moved to Denmark, so I don't really know of any products to use. Please help me!
