[Skin Concerns] Help! How do I stop scratching itchy mosquito bites?

I often scratch mosquito bites until I damage the skin and/or until they bleed. This leaves me with skin discoloration or scars that take months to fade. It's my goal to stop scratching those pesky mosquito bites this year, but I still catch myself scratching.Is there any sort of cream that could numb the itchiness, maybe? Or do you have any other ideas & tipps on how to stop scratching the bites?
