Hello everyone,l am 20 years old male I am having trouble with forehead acne for a few years now.. I don't have acne in my cheeks. I have tried many skin care products (like face washes, black head removers etc) but nothing worked. So I tried a few natural remedies I found in the internet (paste of lemon and garlic) and it helps a little with acne but the scars are still there and they are very prominent.I am attaching a picture of my forehead.
