[ACNE] I have alot of acne and I just dont know what to do. I am so lost.

I have alot of acne. Should I be as concerned as I am? Are they going to be a permanent scar? Is the acne cystic? I have went to the dermatologist in the past and they prescribed me many things but they just dont work. I have used differin, accutane, amoxicylln, epiduo and many others. I currently use Retin-a micro .04% at night and Clean & Clear 5% Benzyl peroxide once when I shower. My skin is very oily and can tolerate many products without flaking or any irritation. I used to use a Cetaphil moisturizer. Any recommendations??
