[B&A] - My stretch mark progress

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Before and AfterOn the left is the after. I tried to take the photos in the same lighting but although the after photo is brighter, my stretch marks used to be more prominent in those types of photos so there is slight progress! Now I know stretch marks are notoriously hard to get rid of but I do see slight improvements and I will continue my routine for as long as I can.In the beginning of march, I bought my first vitamin C and retinol serum. It wasn't a great brand, but good for the price. I used the vitamin C serum in the mornings and the retinol at night. After putting a few drops of my face, I got into the routine of rubbing them on the stretch marks on my breast. I did this religiously every day and continue to do so now.At the end of March (3 weeks later) I began incorporating Alpha Hydrox's 12% glycolic acid to rub on my stretch marks at night - there was usually an hour gap before adding retinol at this point so I was not worried about the order. This lotion is FANTASTIC! I have never had such a hydrating moisturizer and I am noticing its fading sun damage on my arms, but I mainly bought it to help with overall body stretch marks as well.So every day for the last 5 weeks, I have been using vitamin c, 12% glycolic acid and retinol. I honestly cant tell you if the retinol works but my reasoning was that if it helped with collagen build-up, why not? I am looking for a better serum though as I'm sure there are better brands than Art Naturals (for example OST C20 is way better as a vitamin C serum)But here's the biggie: I recently was gifted the famed C20 vitamin C serum and I was shocked at how quickly it got rid of PIH on my face that I started using it on my stretch marks as well. Its been a week so far of daily applications, in conjunction with retinol and 12% glycolic acid so I will update again soon, with similar lighting to my current "after" pic.If this truly works, I will begin buying more C20 and maintaining this system to use specifically on the stretch marks on my hips and booty to see if it makes a difference there too.
