[Skin Concerns] Dark circles have gotten more prominent, now there's dry skin under my eyes. What can I do?

This is probably more of a medical concern, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask here. Recently, about a month ago or two ago, my dark circles have gotten more prominent and started showing more (which I'm fine with), but now in the surrounding area of my eyes, there's some dead and peeling skin. Do you guys happen to know what it is?The dark circles, I'm fine with, because it doesn't bother me, but the dead skin does concern me. If needed, I may be able to provide pictures. Please help. If theres a product that may be able to help me, I'd gladly take any recommendations.
