[Acne] Gotten to a point where I don't want to attend school, Roaccutane ready?

Hi SCA, I'm almost about to give. Nothing seem to help for me I, I really don't want to do Roaccutane but if it's the last option I will. I train mixed martial arts and the acne really hurts and my break outs seem to gotten worse recently.Pictures http://imgur.com/a/7xqAXI've seen a derm. and what I've tried from prescription: Finacea Acnatac Epiduonow im currently on nothing.Roaccutane or whats the next step?
