Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have a niacinamide serum that I like, but I feel tempted to buy vitamin C one even though my other serum isn't done yet. Is it just the marketing wooing me, or is vit C actually substantially better than niacinamide for brightening/evening skin tone? And if I do get a Vit C serum, how much better are the ones with C, E and Feurlic? Are there ones that are a better value than the (price-gauge-y?) $200 USD ones I've seen?
