[Routine Help] [Skin Concerns] Extremely dry skin - help!!

Hi everyone! Hoping you all could help me out a bit. My skin is incredibly DRY. I use so many moisturizing products - I wash with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, then I put on pure Argan Oil. For day, I use Estée Lauder DayWear moisturizer, and for night I use Clinique Moisture Surge Intense Gel Cream.But my skin is still dry!! How is this possible? Even with a hydrating primer, my foundation goes on all splotchy. Am I missing something? Is there something else I can add to my routine? Would taking fish oil help?Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
