Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had beautiful skin that I would get asked if I used foundation. I was very blessed. All I did was use Nivea Creme and that's it. I didn't even use sunscreen and had no problems. Unfortunately last year, I became absolutely obsessed with taking care of my skin that I've decided to use Stridex.I've had a few closed comedones on my face that I was able to get rid of by using Stridex. But four months later, the closed comedones resurfaced so I've introduced St. Ives. Nothing worked. I've learned about Paula's Choice so I thought, "why not?" and bought the AHA 8% Gel.Worst idea ever. The CC that existed on my forehead turned to whiteheads but they didn't heal nicely. Actually I noticed that I've acquired MORE CCs on my entire face.A few days ago, I was visiting my mother and when I caught myself in the mirror, I was shocked to find many new CC on my cheeks. This NEVER happened when I had clear skin before. This is my routine: Johnson & Johnson Baby Oil, Spectro, AHA 8% Gel (now discontinued), and Nivea. I also use Biore sunscreen. I've also used Nivea for my entire life and did not encounter any problems.I also wash my pillowcases every other day - as per my usual routine. I did not change my diet in a drastic way. Please help and share any advice/suggestions. I'm female and 21 now.
