[Skin Concerns] Persistent acne below corners of mouth, not responding to Epiduo and Clindamycin.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey guys,I've been using Epiduo and topical clindamycin for about two months now they've both really helped clear up my acne. All the acne on my cheeks, jawline, and forehead has cleared up and I almost never get active pimples in those areas anymore. All that's left is PIE which is gradually fading.Unfortunately, I'm still getting quite a bit of acne in the areas below the corners of my mouth, right here. There are a number of white bumps hiding under the skin that only appear when I stretch out the skin by pressing my tongue behind the area. About once or twice a week a red tender bump appears deep under the skin and eventually turns into a huge painful white head. I'm not sure why this area isn't responding to the Epiduo and Clindamycin like the rest of my skin has. Is there anything I can do?I googled it and found a lot of people suggesting fluoride free toothpaste, but when I did some more research into fluoride free toothpaste I discovered it's a weird hippy 'natural' toothpaste and that dentists recommend against it, Apparently fluoride is the most important ingredient in toothpaste! So what now? Am I supposed to choose between acne or rotting teeth? Surely there are other options?
