[Acne] A 6-week skin progress(?), would like any help. I've had acne and PIE/PIH for 8 years now. (Lengthy post)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
http://imgur.com/a/xcuefThanks in advance! Background info:I'm 20, but I've had acne ever since I was 12. My acne used to be more on my forehead, but now that area is relatively clear, my main problem being my cheeks. I believe my acne is hormonal/genetics--my acne always flares up the week before my period, and my extended family had issues with acne. My brother had to go on Accutane and about three cousins did as well. My acne is not as bad as my brothers however, so my dermatologist never recommended it for me.So, the dermatologist. I went to one for seven years. I had an appointment in January and cancelled it for two reasons: It was getting really expensive (Insurance coverage went down) and it wasn't...doing anything anymore. At first it did WONDERS for my acne. My face is much better now than it was. But then it got stuck and wouldn't get any better. And he kinda just said the same things over and over again.Dermatologist routine:AM: Cetaphil daily cleanser, Differin, MoisturizerPM: Cetaphil, DuacI also took Solodyn (minocycline) 45 and gradually upped the dosage over about 5 years to 135. (Is it good to take antibiotics for that long?!) Then we switched to a generic doxycyline. However, I quit that because I was prescribed birth control, and I was told it could reduce the effectiveness. As much as I don't want acne--I don't want to get pregnant more!I take Tri-Sprintec for my birth control. It helped my acne, but I've still been stuck at the same point.I tried a natural routine as well:AM: All natural organic honey, witch hazel, aloe vera, (sometimes moisturizer)PM: Coconut oil (makeup remover), witch hazel, honey, tea tree oil (diluted), aloe veraThis I think my skin liked, but my qualm was that it's not portable. I kept up with this routine for about 5 months. Now I've temporarily relocated to a much drier climate. ** My current routine is:**AM: Wash with 2% Salicylic Acid gel cleanser (It's an orange one from neutrogena), moisturize with Neutrogena SP15 moisturizerPM: Garnier Micellar Water, (wait a few hours until my shower) Neutrogena Cleanser, OXY Pads, 10% BP, Neutrogena MoisturizerI still take Tri-Sprintec, and once a week I do a face mask treatment (Pore Be Pure MudMask). I also pick, but I've been reducing that. Also, I have oily/combo skin.So SCA, should I keep doing what I'm doing, should I change something up, or what? Thanks again!
