[Acne] A week off Accutane and I have 3 pimples. Feeling super dejected and need advice on what to do now

I have been on a cocktail of different acne meds since high school, from birth control to doxycyclin to topicals.. You name it I tried it. In January I requested Accutane from my doc (no derm near by) and have recently finished my cycle. I now have pimples.http://imgur.com/H7VBNk93 gross tiny painful pimples and I feel like crying. I've gone through sore lips and joint pain and the dryest skin ever and it doesn't seem to have helped. Is this normal ? Do I just give up now? Feeling super lame and dejected. Any advice on next steps would be appreciated.
