[Misc] My skin looks miles better after spending two nights with my bf and his nice water. Any way I can combat acne worsened by my hard water?

I noticed this a couple months ago, but every sunday, after spending the weekend at my boyfriend's apartment, my skin is always significantly clearer. My routine is the same at my place as it is at his, maybe even less diligent sometimes. The only difference is the water quality. Orlando has the worst city water of any city I've lived in. It's gross. Do not drink it from the tap. His water, however, is filtered or soft water or something?? He lives in a high-rise downtown and it's special fancy people tap water.Does anyone know a way to combat the damage done by my hard water? It makes my acne flare up and I'd really like to try and tackle it from a bit of this angle (because I am so tired or trying everything and nothing working). Thank you!
