I've had really bad dandruff since grade school. Head and Shoulders didn't work, nizoral didn't work, T-gel didn't work, moisturizing my scalp didn't work. Basically, the entire internet's suggests were the previous things I just mentioned, and I've been out of luck.I forgot where I read it, but someone suggested to use anti-fungal jock itch cream (Lotrimin Ultra) for sebhorric dermatitis (fungal dandruff) on their face. I figured, why the hell not try it on my scalp? I applied it in the morning, rubbed in around so there weren't any white streaks, and just left it in for the day. It worked flawlessly. It has been 5 days since I have used it last, and I have no dandruff, even after it washes out. I don't care if I have to reapply it once a week or a month, we'll see, but right now, it works.tldr: Lotrimin Ultra (Butenafine Hydrochloride) cures dandruff instantly.
