Pic of foreheadAM routine: Wash face with cold water, Cerave Lotion in pump, Cerave AM or Biore Aqua Rich (depending on humidity)PM Routine: Cerave Hydrating Cleanser, Paula's Choice 2% BHA (wait 30 mins), Cosrx galactomyces 95 essence (just added, this might have caused forehead bumps), Cerave lotion, Aquaphor as needed,I was planning on adding PC's AHA this week but my forehead developed these bumps yesterday and today. I also have similar bumps on my chin where I usually just see sebaceous filaments. I've been using BHA for about a month now and while I have some "cleaning out", nothing like this. I added Cosrx galactomyces last week and that may have caused this. I don't really get cystic acne, just closed comedones that the bha has brought to head quickly and painlessly, so I don't think this is that but idk. Perhaps these are called whiteheads?Ive also been getting laser hair removal on face (on chin, but not on forehead), so im guessing its not that.The bumps are almost on top of my skin and I can "scrape" them off with the small end of an extractor tool. Not sure if I should and if maybe adding the AHA can fix it on it's own. Or maybe the bha will fix it? What do you guys think?
