[Acne] Is Proactiv as effective as it claims it is?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi, first time posting on here I was just wondering about the efficacy of Proactiv.I just found out that Proactive is available where I live (SEA). I'm from South East Asia, its really hot and humid here where I live, so as you can imagine, people here, myself included, suffer from oily skin, acne and other common skin conditions. As of now my acne I would say isn't really severe, just persistent, but I would like to treat it ASAP. It was quite expensive when I saw the treatment packages at the local drug store, hence my question on its efficacy, if I remember it correctly it comes in a 30 day treatment and 60 day treatment package. I just saw that it came with what they claim to be what I need to try and keep my skin clear, so I think it would be the easiest thing I can do, just follow instructions and be consistent.Right now my routine is sulfur soap and anti oil/acne toner for the morning, before my lunch break ends at work I wash my face with a cleanser, then before bed its sulfur soap then toner again.I don't have anyone I know right now who uses it so I came to reddit. I'm not really familiar with the information you guys may need to guide me so just shoot a question on the thread and I'll try to answer as best I can. Oh and BTW, I think I have oily skin based on the sub FAQ.Thanks so much!
