[Acne] Looking for some advice after a disappointing trip to the doctor.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I went to see my doctor with the intention of asking for a referral (UK by the way). He completely refused to refer me to a dermatologist and when I said I wanted to try accutane he flat out said no, and that a dermatologist would laugh at me for the suggestion. I'm 25 years old, I've been through countless rounds of antibiotics and topicals and whenever I finish my course of antibiotics, the acne comes back. Which is what is happening right now. Accutane is my last resort, and now I'm being told I can't have it unless my acne gets seriously bad, but I really can't deal with that again and I can't be on antibiotics forever.I'm currently using the birth control pill Dianette and Epiduo. He's taken me off epiduo and has given me a Clindamycin/Tretinoin cream, instead. He also told me to wash my face with Dove soap, which I'm pretty sure is a load of rubbish! Should I get a second opinion with another doctor before shelling out £200 for a private consultation? My current routine is:Am: Wipe with Garnier cleansing wipes with Salicylic Acid.Good Things Mattifying Moisturiser.Spot treat with EpiduoPM: Paula's Choice Pore Refining CleanserPaula's Choice 2% BHA (not everyday as my skin can get really dry with it).Good Things Mattifying Moisturiser.Epiduo all over.Does anyone have any experience with a Clindamycin/Tretinoin cream? Is my routine okay? Would a private dermatologist prescribe me accutane if I ask for it? I'm at my wit's end :(
