[Acne] Ocean has been helping my skin wonderfully on vacation, but what do I do when I go home?

I read the post from about 9 months ago in the archives, but I was wondering what products can emulate the sea salt water? The water has helped my skin heal after accutane and clear it up and even it up. Just how do I get this affect at home?
