[hair removal] I got this bumps on my thighs, even if I don't shave, help? :(

I used to shave with veet burning hair cream, but I haven't shaved for a year. Yesterday I shaved with an electric razor and the bumps become more clear.http://imgur.com/a/7qdJLThey are not itchy but a bit painful if I press them. Any recommendations on what to do or what they are? I reckon I have had them for some years now
