[Product Question] How do I use Stridex Maximum Strength Pads? (Leave it on or just wipe?)

Hi everyone, I recently purchased Stridex but I have a super beginner question. Do I wipe my face with the Stridex pads? Or do I put it on and leave it there for X minutes? If the latter, how long should I leave it on?Thanks!
