I recently purchased the Black and White Bleaching Cream (2% HQ) as recommended by the sidebar. I have stubborn PIH on my right cheek that has not responded to niacinamide or Vit C. And yes, I know the risks associated with HQ.I'm unsure where this fits into my current routine and how often I should be using it.
