Beauty Tips For Body Care
I like to consider myself a model /r/skincareaddiction lurker. I switched to a vegan diet 2 months ago, drink plenty of water, use an all natural toothpaste (Jasons), have tried lots of different products, and follow a routine religiously. My current routine is as follows:AM: wash face with andalou cleansing milk, BP for spots, moisturize with biore wattery essence.PM: wash face with cerave foaming cleanser and konjac sponge, BP for spots, moisturize with cerave PM.This is my current bare bones routine after having tried lots of different products with little results. I'm an 18 y/o male and my acne started flaring up about 2 years ago. Here's current pics with obligatory demon eyes to mask my identity. As you can see, there's lots going on. I have red spots, scars, cystic acne, and that huge pimple that popped up a few days ago under my eye. I guess I need help identifying each problem and working a solution. My dermatologist is no help either, I was on doxy/tret for 6 months with some results but it came right back and then she jumped the gun and suggested accutane but I can't justify it for myself. After some research I'm lead to believe that all the acne around my mouth/jaw could be hormonal? Any routine adjustments for that would be greatly appreciated as that's what's making me the most self conscious currently.
