Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all. I have mild rosacea and irritated, dry, red cheeks. Yet somehow also oily.My routine:Morning: Splash with water Vanicream moisturizer (cream) SunscreenNight: Cetaphil cleanser Elidel cream for rosacea Vanicream moisturizer2 questions:By the time I wake up in AM, my face is quite oily. I also have the medicated Elidel cream on. I find using cleanser twice a day is too irritating. Is it bad to just splash water in the morning, even if it doesn't completely remove the oils and the Elidel? Is it gross to apply moisturizer when some of my natural oil is still on my face? I could stand under the running shower face up for like five minutes to get rid of the oily feeling, but is splashing water a few times enough? In the PM, how long should I wait between cleansing and applying Elidel, and then between Elidel and moisturizer? Also, my derm told me to moisturize BEFORE Elidel, but the instructions with the medicine say Elidel before moisturizing. Does it matter? Thanks!
