Beauty Tips For Body Care

It doesn't hurt her, it isn't irritating, it's just annoying and she doesn't like how it looks. The only thing she does for skincare (concerning her eyes and the area around them) is removing her mascara with an oil-based makeup remover (that she's used for years), and taking out her contacts. There are rare occasions when she puts on night cream, but the dry skin appears every night regardless of whether she does that or not.So, are there any hydrating under-eye creams that are fairly inexpensive that you would recommend she try? Or should she do something else besides just using an eye cream? Thank you for your help!
