[Skin Concerns] Please help my friend (m55) with the red inflamed skin on his nose

I have also noticed visible veins and weird little bumps/bubbles on the nostril skin, as you can see in the images, as well as huge pores.What treatments would you suggest for him? specific lasers? creams? anything...Thank you for your help
