Hello all!I'm relatively new to this sub, but I wanted to share some anecdotal evidence. I have suffered with terrible pustular acne on my cheeks for 9 years now (I'm 26) and I just copped on to something that i wish I'd realised years ago!I have tried everything for this acne and nothing worked, dermatologists tried and failed and I thought this was the way my face would always be, until just over a month ago I had a brainwave!My phone!My acne has always been localised to my cheeks and I've realised its from holding my phone against my face!I first made sure I only held my phone to my right ear when making calls and within a couple of weeks the left side of my face is the clearest it's been in almost a decade! My heavy scarring has even started to heal!For the past week I have only been using my headphones whilst being on the phone, and sure enough the right side of my face is healing and catching up!!!No more painful pustules, less and less hard bits to fight the urge to pick, and above all my scars have calmed down from fire engine red to almost my natural skin tone!The deep pock marks might take a bit of extra work, but for now, even with them I feel like I'm porcelain!A decade of pain, embarrassment, and money for treatments and make up, over!!! And such a simple thing!This has been a revelation for me and I urge anyone that thinks they're situation is the same as mine to give hands free a go! It's always worth a shot!I haven't felt this happy or confident with my face in almost ten years and I could cry I'm so over the moon!I really hope this changes someone's life as much as it has mine!
