[Acne] I have flare-ups of fungal acne on my chest and back every few months- can this spread to my face?

I had a flare up while on vacation in July, and ever since then have noticed so many closed comedones on my cheeks and jawline- none reacted to any BHAs or AHAs that I tried. Been on a couple antibacterial prescriptions for a week or so (short time- I know!) and have seen zero improvement (but I'll keep trying).Has anyone had fungal body acne that has somehow spread to their face? I'm wondering if I was touching my chest too much and then touching my face, but I have no clue if this can even be transmitted this way...forgive me if this is a really dumb question. I'm just at my wits end trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with my face (so self conscious in public now...gah.)Thank you!
