[Acne] My skin is a disaster, and is ruining my makeup. (x-post with /r/makeupaddiction)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Photos for reference as to how awful it looks.http://imgur.com/a/MdvlgSkincare routine/ products I use:I usually rinse my face with water in the mornings.Nights I use garnier micellar water to take off makeup, then will wash with either neutrogena gentle face wash or the simple exfoliating scrub (2-3x per week).Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel (every morning, every night)Makeup (foundation applied with Real Techniques sponge)Porefessional primerBourjois Healthy Mix foundationSleek blush (forget the shade)Sleek color corrector (clearly not using it correctly)Laura Gellar Matte Maker powderABH brow wiz in caramel, brow duo in taupe? Not sure about the eyeliner, it's a gel that you apply with a brush and I think it's loreal?Smashbox Full Exposure mascaraToo faced chocolate soleil bronzerI included my makeup in case it provides any added information/if you're particularly well-versed in makeup in relation to skin issues. Basically, my makeup and skin are a disaster right now. My foundation looks awful, my dark spots and acne completely shows through no matter what I do, and I look oily and just plain bad. the folks over at /r/makeupaddiction gave me some good tips (try phasing out products, go bare-faced for a few days, though I'm hesitant to do that because my skin is so bad and I have to look decent for work). Just hoping someone might have some specific advice to help me get this under control. Thank you in advance!I also have some discoloration on my cheeks/jawline that always show up in the summer, and am having trouble covering that. It looks like I haven't blended my foundation even though I have - I'm very conscious of not wanting to look like I have a mask on!
