[Acne] Summer breakouts with no routine change (pics included)

Some background: Throughout high school I've always had mild acne. My freshman and sophomore year I went to a dermatologist who prescribed Bactrim that I took for those two years along with a routine of over the counter cleansers, masks, etc.By Junior year I was frustrated with the dermatologist as they seemed to have little effect on my skin. I gave up, began reading about products and routines in this subreddit, and began a routine of CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser AM and PM and Stridex and CeraVe in the Tub at night. That kept my skin fairly clear for the rest of high school, with the occasional breakout as an exception.I just graduated in June, and directly after graduation my friends and I went on a trip to Europe for two weeks. There was a lot of traveling / sleeping on trains as well as late nights out at pubs wherever we were. This was the first time I fell out of the routine I had been keeping up for the past two years.My skin was actually fine until the moment we got back from the trip. I started breaking out really badly, mostly around my mouth and lower cheeks. I figured it was because of the fact that I hadn't treated my skin properly during the trip, and just decided to jump back into the routine and hope things would clear up.But, now, about a month later, things have gotten even worse, so I've decided to come to you guys for help. I read on this sub about purging and thought that maybe that's what was going on with my skin because I've never seen this happen to it before. So I decided to drop out the stridex at night and the morning CeraVe cleanser to see if that would help calm things down, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment.Also, if it helps, my skin is typically normal to oily. However, around my mouth where I have been breaking out / purging (whatever is going on) my skin has been very dry.Anyway, here are the pictures, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
