[PERSONAL] I didn't know just how helpful dermatologists can be!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I made an appointment a few months ago, and went yesterday. I've had rosecea all my life, since I live in a hot and wet climate my face is bright red most days. It almost always goes super red when it comes in contact with water - even from just showers.I also have very dry flakey spots on the sides of my nostrils. No where but that single area has had problems. I tried masks, scrubs/exfoliating, countless moisturizers and they only did so much.I did get lucky to just have those problems, both of my parent's family have a bad history of ance. I'm about to enter late teens and I've had one or two zits/pimples.Back on topic, the lovely woman I went to was so helpful. I showed pictures of my mild to more severe flare-ups to her along with the nose issue. I wanted her to have more to go on since my skin is okay right now. I told her what skincare products I use including makeup remover and she said that's what she would've recommend me.She could immediately identify the problem with my nose, seborrheic dermatitis and gave me a sample of a foam wash to see if it'd help. She also gave me a prescription for the rosecea. And of course a little baggy full of other samples and coupons for CeraVe.I'm most definitely posting before and after pictures in a few months. Thank you if you took the time to read all this ♡♡♡tl;dr: Went to a dermatologist for the first time and have an extremely helpful visit. Received some medicines to see if they can help fix my skin issues.
