[Product question] Are there any good face wipes for camping, after the gym, or any other time I can't wash my face?

Is there anything non-irritating, and non-drying that I can use when I don't have access to a sink? Can I make my own with CeraVe?I have somewhat sensitive skin that's doing really well with just CeraVe cleanser, and lotions. I don't use stridex (regular or sensitive) pads because they were tearing up my face.Thanks!!
