[Product Question] Will Micellar Water remove a waterproof, physical sunscreen? Or will only an oil cleanser do?

I know this might seem silly, but I'm really uncertain. I have Rosacea, dry skin and very sensitive. I want to double cleanse to remove my (AB physical, waterproof) sunscreen and makeup. I've been looking at Bioderma Micellar H2O waters to cleanse alongside my CosRx Low PH cleansing gel. Will a Micellar water be able to remove my sunscreen? Or will I need to get a cleansing oil? (In which case, any oil cleansers you'd recommend me?)
