[Routine Help] BP before or after exfoliating?

When are you supposes to use BP in your routine? On the side bar the "The ScA Routine" says to apply it after exfoliating. The "Evaluating Your Routine" on the other hand says to do it before exfoliating.I use Stridex 2% SA (BHA) in the AM and PC's 8% GA (AHA) in the PM. If it mattersThanks
