[Skin Concerns] I feel like my moisturizer sits on top of my skin looking greasy and doesn't actually do anything

I've tried many different moisturisers and every time I put them on my skin looks/feels really greasy and I feel disgusting and then within an hour or so that look goes away but my skin is just as dry as it was before. I have no idea if this is a valid issue and what's wrong with my skin for this but I would love any advice about what's going on
