[Skin Concerns] Using Stridex pads, gotten more outbreaks & whiteheads than before - am I applying too much?

Hey guys & girls,18 yo dude here trying this whole ScA ordeal. Since I started using Stridex, my breakouts have gotten more severe than before, more pimples etc.I'm still using it because I have no other exfoliant left, hoping it will get better at one point.I use it once in the evening.I use it together with CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, that I got at the same time as Stridex. I wanna ditch this one though, because it's really harsh on my skin (I got dry to very dry/flaky skin).Anyone could have any tips for me? Ty :) I will edit in some pictures if needed
