[Skin concerns] What has happened to my face?

Hello,So a year ago or something I started to develop this very uneven skin and little dots all across my face, most notably on my cheeks. Here is a gallery on imgur so hopefully someone will be able to identify.I am able to squeeze them but its difficult since they are so small and not worth it as they turn irritated, most of the time it's possible to remove a tiny bit of pus however. Some of them are also regular black spots which I always had in my T-zone but never on the cheeks before.It's not the end of the world as it's not noticeable from afar (at least I'd like to think so) but I think it's strange that I began to develop it out of seemingly nowhere (Im 26, male).Suggestion for what to do to get rid of them and/or what it might be are very appreciated.
