[Acne] A ton on whiteheads two days into the treatment my dermatologist prescribed

So I started three things, as he told me: Accutane 10mg (I've taken it twice) once a day, BP 2.5% + Adapalene 1% cream (I've used it once) once every two days and a gentle moisturizer (I've used it once) in the morning and I'm "exploding" in whiteheads (although they have some height) in my jawline.How do I know if this is a breakout or a purge? I know it is kind of stupid to start everything at the same time (and stopping cleansing too) but this was what he told me to do.I know Accutane will make me purge and adapalene probably too, but is this breakout certainly caused by that?Thank you in advance.EDIT: the breakout is concentrated on my left jawline, which was the place I had more acne before I started the treatment.
