[Acne]Fading hyperpigmentation as fast as possible?

Hi, guys! I've just come off accutane, and my acne has reduced greatly. I've got red marks all over my face from the acne, marks which just won't fade. I really cannot afford most of the products which are suggested on this site, so I was wondering if there are any small tips as to how to help these scars fade or any cheaper methods of helping the scars fade without foisting what little money I can spend on products which may/may not work. Thanks!
