Beauty Tips For Body Care
Following SCA in the past couple years my skin has dramatically improved. However, I think I've hit the point of diminishing returns. My routine is probably solid enough that incremental changes to it don't result in big results anymore. Yet I feel like there is still a lot of room for my skin to improve.This got me thinking about other things that have been claimed to be good for your skin, such as getting your 'beauty sleep', drinking lots of water, avoiding certain food, etc. It makes sense to me that things like lifestyle and habits would be part of a more 'complete' solution to the skincare problem. Personally I'm horrible at this sort of thing (I sleep randomly, eat whatever, etc.), so I'm not that surprised that I've hit a plateau in terms of bettering my skin.These things are talked about here and there in SCA too, but it would be nice to collect all these advices together. Other than skincare products, what are all the things that we can do to improve our skin? They can be about diet, hardness of water used on face, shower duration, whatever. If you have heard advices that seem reasonable or you have had good experience with, please share!
