[MISC] Looking for a good leave-in hair conditioner for my dry, frizzy hair that won't make me breakout

Hi there ! So I've been using Small Talk by TIGI for a while, and I freaking love it. Makes my hair soft, manageable, hydrated and less stiff as I come out of the shower after a washing. Problem is, the damn fragrances, or something else in this product...makes me breakout like hell around my hairline! Rashes of some sort...So my hair is shiny and healthy, but my skin becomes blerg in exchange. I have a severe case of sensitive/acne-prone skin, but also a severe case of dry, brittle hair that comes out stiff unless I use a good leave-in hair product that somewhat hydrates and strengthens my hair. Any suggestions? :/
