[product question] is isotrex worth using for fine lines, preventing wrinkles and skin texture?

I have some isotrex(topical isotretinoin)although do not generally suffer from acne. Is it worth me using this ? I haven't been able to get a decisive answer on whether this works in the same way as the clinically proven retin a (Tretinoin) on skin texture most are surrounding its effectiveness for acne.Has anyone here used isotrex before and noticed a marked improvement in general skin condition after the first few months? I don't want to suffer the side effects of dry skin if it's not ultimately benefiting it.A summary of studies done would also be helpful in my search if anyone has any to hand and personal anecdotes or science is welcome alsoThanks
