[Skin Concern] How do I take care of facial inflammatory acne, mostly from excess sebum, from the inside out?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Tldr: Acne causing skin inflammation around eyes. How do I take care of this with supplements or vitamins? Background: I never had acne until I switched to Aviane BC pill. I got really sick on it, almost became disabled. I got off of it, had horrible cystic acne with inflammation. I've been previously dealing with it with tretinonin, it's been keeping it at bay.I've developed skin irritation and swelling around eyes. My right eye has been swollen underneath the skin. My left eye has inflammation and swelling above the skin; redness, swelling, breaking of the skin, and itchiness. Almost like it's blespharitis from acne. I've been seeing my Dr's about the eye, even took an MRI, they found nothing, and don't know what is. They dismiss that it's from the acne and I feel they are attributing it to a somatic disorder. It's not allergies, I have medication for that and it's not helping. I just started a BC pill a week and a half ago and I feel it has improved my eyes because it's not so oily, but I still do have excess sebum being produced on my forehead. Any other ways to curb the sebum with supplements or vitamins?I'm currently taking multi vitamin, pro biotic, iodine, bc pill (tri something), benzoyl peroxide, elta MD facial cleanser (2x daily), Burts bees moisturizer, Burts bees toner (at times), and have been using jojoba oil around eye to help with the dryness. It's not like I can use the BP or any toners on eye. The Dr's in my area are not that good. I feel the best Rx I can get by my Dr for the sebum is my BC pill. Yasmine was perfect but my Dr won't prescribe that.
