[Skin Concerns] I have a weird looking pimple on my chest. Is it normal, or should I get it looked at?

It's really red and there's a ring of dried skin around a smaller ring of dried skin. It feels like a cystic pimple, I get those on my face sometimes and it itches a lot.So I'm wondering if getting cystic-like pimples on your chest is normal or common. I'm kind of worried about it, but I want to get an opinion before running to the dr and looking like a fool thinking a pimple is cancer or something. I'm young if that matters, early 20's. Thanks in advance.
