[Acne] Anyone ever have a pimple that comes to a head daily and then bursts on its own, but doesn't go away?

Shit is driving me nuts.I have a big pimple on my nose. It comes to 3-4 separate heads and then after every shower, bursts as I'm washing my face. I gently squeeze out the funk, and hope that this is the end. Sure enough, the next day 3 more heads have sprouted from this one pimple. It has done this every day for a week and a halfI consider myself a pimple pro. I've done this for years. And this is the first time I've ever encountered this. I've had stubborn zits before, but usually in that they refuse to come to a head. This shit won't even stay underneath my skin lol. You'd think it would have run out of gunk to leak by now.Today when I gently nudged it, pus literally shot out across the side of my face like a volcano. Hoping this is the end of that.
