[Personal] I accidentally took the head off a dried up whitehead. What should I do to heal the scar that was leftover?

Please help. Have a date in 3 days.I used Mario Badescu's drying lotion to dry up a whitehead over a period of two days. The pimpled did dry up. As I was getting out of the shower today, I noticed that some of the lotion was still on the whitehead, so I used a q-tip to clean it off. Then, I accidentally knocked off the dried up head.A red hole/scar is all that remains at the location. The circumference of it is about the size of an average sized whitehead. There was no bleeding, just this mark that I want to get rid of. What should I do to get rid of it?Vaseline? Neosporin? Leave it alone?TL,DR: Title and first line. Please help.
